During the 2011 National Association of S Gaugers' annual convention, I received the "Josh Seltzer" award. Unfortunately I couldn't attend the convention, but the award was mailed to me. I received it on July 23, 2011. The award itself is a bit difficult to photograph due to its extreme reflectiveness. It is hanging in my model railroad room, and a portion of the layout is reflected in the photograph. The main surface is a beautiful purple (hard to see in the photo), and the decorative framing and wording is gold-colored. It is very beautiful and I am very honored, and thankful to all those who voted for this web site. The award is given to those who are recognized for promoting S-scale model railroading through their web site. For more information about the award visit the NASG web site, where you can see past winners of the award.
