The purpose of this module project was to practice hand-laying code 40 rail and turnouts. I also wanted a switching layout to keep me busy without taking up a lot of space in the house.
I worked on the module for about a year. I don't have enough time to devote to the hobby, so progress was frustratingly slow. I did manage to get some working track and several turnouts built, so that I could run some trains.
I abandoned the project, because I was tired of it, and not too thrilled about not being able to run longer trains. The Bear Creek & Eastern project was started next.
