The focus of this book is describing how off-the-shelf electronic modules can be used in a model railroad. Although some information is not scale-specific, the majority of the book is heavily focused on 3-rail Lionel and some 2-rail O-scale applications. HO-scale is mentioned occasionally. Nothing specific or useful for N-scale and perhaps limited value for S-scale modelers. My copy was autographed by the author.
