President's Column

This is the first column by the new president in which he thanks the previous president and treasurer, and the Convention organizers. He announced that the NASG BOT approved the new S-scale standard, which allows the NMRA to confirm their new standard for S (which will take several years). He reports that the new way of running the NASG memberships had been approved by a huge margin.

Election Committee Report

The final results of the 1981 election. Also includes the announcement that Jim Kindraka ran and won the Central VP position, but was promoted by the BOT to take on the Executive VP position since that was vacated by Rollie Mercier as he won the President position.
