This N-scale Pennsy I1 was kitbashed from a Kato 2-8-2 and a GHQ L1 conversion kit. Minitrix and Con-Cor parts were used for the tender. In this installment the author discusses the prototype engine, the basics of the construction, the mechanism and drivers, the frame modifications, side rods, making blind drivers, and brake shoe hangers. Includes many prototype, and model construction photos.
